Coffee in Charleston

I wanted to start creating a guide for Charleston in terms of things to do and places to eat, so I thought I would start off with what we all stat off with, coffee! We have a few craft coffee options in the city and depending on where you are staying some in other spots as well. My go to coffee shop is (and always has been) Second State Coffee. Owner Ross Jett has created a first rate coffee shop and has one of the best staffs any coffee shop could ask for. Led by Brianna Taylor who makes sure the coffee tastes the same at each of their four locations. Brianna also teaches coffee classes and leads coffee tours across Charleston as well. These are available on AirBnB. They have locations in Mt. Pleasant (Hwy 17 and Coleman Blvd areas), West Ashley, and of course downtown (70 1/2 Beaufain St). My go to drinks are the bRown Sugar Latte and the Vanilla Latte. Sightsee Coffee on Line St (125 1/2 Line St) is another wonderful Shop with a great staff as well. They have some great roasters cycle through and it is a cult favorite around town! Over in North Charleston Prophet Coffee is doing some great things for the Park Circle area. So if you are up that way, they are at 4411 Spruill Ave. I cant leave out Bad Bunnies Coffee, one of the most fun coffee shops in Charleston and probably the prettiest place to sit with a cup in town! They are at 116 Spring St downtown. This should be enough to get you going in the morning!
